Green Cube is currently looking for a *Customer Service Representative* to join our team in the Tri-Cities, TN region.
The ideal candidate must have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
Position seekers with previous customer service, receptionist, retail, administrative assistant, and billing experience excel in this position.
*JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:*
* Responsible for incoming calls from customers that require service/sales.
Work with the customer to understand their need and schedule the appropriate service.
* You will handle phone and email service requests, special orders, learn to answer questions from residential and commercial customers.
* Promote all products, services, and quote accurate pricing when appropriate.
* Accurately take service requests, calculate orders and use office software for processing all necessary paperwork.
* Enter detailed information in the customer service ticket that allows the dispatcher to match the best qualified team member to the customer's need.
* Troubleshoot and discuss with customers and their requests.
* Process billing.
* Performs other related administrative duties and responsibilities as needed.
*JOB REQUIREMENTS:*
* Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
* Experience in retail, customer service, administrative positions preferred.
* Must have good computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Must have very good phone etiquette.
* Must have an outgoing personality and a natural affinity for taking care of customers.
* Must have good time management skills; have exceptional organizational skills and have the ability to multi-task.
* Must be a fast learner and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
* Must have strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
