Customer Service Rep.

As a representative of Redi Mart the CSR is expected to present a positive image to the public in attitude and behavior when on duty.
The CSR is responsible for servicing the customers needs through various in-store activities and by ensuring through his/her actions that the customer has a satisfactory experience at the Redi Mart store.
The CSR must meet or exceed established performance guidelines set by company policy, procedures, management and this position description.
