We are currently seeking a full-time Certified Scrub Technician to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview: As a full-time Certified Surgical Technician at Holston Valley Ambulatory Surgery Center, you will play a vital role in the surgical team by ensuring the operating room is fully prepared for procedures and by providing efficient support during surgeries.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and set up the operating room, ensuring all instruments, equipment, and supplies are ready for surgical procedures.
Assist the surgical team with creating and maintaining a sterile environment.
Hand necessary instruments and supplies to the surgeon during procedures.
Help with patient positioning and draping in a sterile manner.
Maintain instrument counts and uphold aseptic techniques.
Contribute to patient safety and compliance with infection control protocols.
Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure efficient and smooth operations.

Required Skills
Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST).
Previous experience as a Certified Scrub Technician in an ambulatory surgery center or hospital setting is preferred.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced surgical environment.
Dedication to upholding the highest standards of patient care.
