We are looking for immediate housing in the form of a roommate or private room to rent type of thing.
I am employed at an area hotel working front desk on 2nd and 3rd shifts, and my partner is disabled, and in the process of getting his social security.
We have been homeless for about a month, and have been staying in the Kingsport area in a tent.
I get paid every 2 week, and we get $300 in food stamps each month.
We are quiet people that keep to ourselves, we're not trouble makers, partiers, or druggies.
Our only goal is to get back on our feet.
It's miserable staying in a tent during the winter, and not having a stable anything.
If someone out there is has spare room in there home, and would be willing to help us get out of the cold, we'll help out with anything we're capable of doing in return for safe, warm, clean place to be so we actually can improve our situation.
