We are looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to expand our growing team.
The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of HVAC service technician experience to apply.

We are looking for honest dependable, and flexible individuals for this full-time position.
You must be drug-free, able to pass a national background check, and have a clean driving record with a valid driver's license to be considered for this position.
Technicians must have a thorough understanding of HVAC systems, be able to troubleshoot and repair complex issues, and have the ability to install and maintain HVAC systems.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for providing customer service, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring that all safety regulations are followed.

00 sign on bonus for experienced HVAC Service Technicians.

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections of HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC units including compressors, motors, and other components
- Install, repair, or replace HVAC equipment and parts
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration principles and practices
-Present findings and options to customers.
- Valid driver's license for van driving to job sites
- Ability to design and build HVAC systems based on client needs
-Collect payment from customers for jobs upon completion.
-Maintain Truck inventory and inspection Daily
-Maintain clean equipment and work area.
- Proficiency in air conditioning systems installation, maintenance, and repair
- Knowledge of field service techniques for HVAC equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair boilers and other heating systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose issues with HVAC units
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate maintenance and repairs
