```Job Overview:```
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Inspector to join our team.
As a Quality Control Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.
You will conduct quality audits, perform inspections, and collect data to ensure compliance with CGMP and FDA regulations.
```Responsibilities:```
- Conduct quality inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products
- Perform visual inspections, measurements, and tests using tools such as calipers and coordinate measuring machines (CMM)
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality control activities
- Identify and report any non-conforming products or processes
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Follow established quality systems and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency
```Qualifications:```
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus
- Proven experience as a Quality Control Inspector or similar role
- Strong knowledge of quality inspection techniques, tools, and equipment
- Familiarity with CGMP, FDA regulations, and HACCP principles
- Proficient in data collection and analysis
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
