Plumbing Technician

Responsibilities: - Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings - Use power tools and equipment to complete plumbing projects - Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems - Cut, thread, and bend pipes to fit in specific locations - Perform basic math calculations to measure and cut pipes accurately - Collaborate with other construction professionals, such as carpenters and HVAC technicians, to complete remodeling projects - Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential problems - Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns Requirements: - Proven experience as a Plumbing Technician or similar role - Proficiency in using power tools and equipment for plumbing work - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics - Knowledge of pipe threading techniques and procedures - Strong basic math skills for measuring and cutting pipes accurately - Familiarity with remodeling projects and working alongside other construction professionals - Understanding of HVAC systems is a plus - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
