Maintenance Supervisor - Leading Facility Excellence at Venza Care at Holston Rehabilitation and Care Center
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the maintenance department.
Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation.
Carry out inspections of facilities to identify and resolve issues.
Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities.
Manage maintenance staff and contractors.
Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary.
Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance.
Ensure all machinery is up to date with current health and safety standards.
Manage relationships with clients and vendors.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a maintenance supervisor or similar role.
Strong technical knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC).
Experience in planning maintenance operations.
Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and practices.
Leadership and managerial skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
High school diploma or equivalent; Degree from a vocational school or BSc/BA in business administration or facility management is preferred.
