Responsibilities: - Operate and monitor textile loom machines in a manufacturing environment - Repair weave products according to specifications - Handle materials and supplies for production - Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines - Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet standards - Maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements: - Previous experience as a machine operator or weave technician in a similar role is preferred - Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus - Ability to operate motorized lifts and pallet jacks - Familiarity with computer control screens is desirable - *Strong attention to detail *and ability to follow instructions accurately - Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team *Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
