Frame, insulate, and put up 4.5 ceilings (Bristol)

I have 4.
5 ceilings that need framed up, installation of new batt insulation, and new Sheetrock put up for new ceilings - ie.
complete coverage of 4.
5 room’s ceilings.
Virtually no demo work needed.
This is not a one-man job.
If you are not a carpenter or have never done something like this, do not bother as this will take some craftsmanship.
I will buy/supply any materials from Lowe’s/Home Depot.
You must be able to pick up the materials and supply your own tools and labor.
You must be in-and-out of 2 empty apartments and completed in a week or less (5 days).
No up-front payments.
Pay is at end of job.
