Don't have spray foam experience? No problem! We're here to train you the Spray Foam Genie way! *Your Typical Day:* As our Field Technician Manager, your day will be anything but ordinary.
You'll find yourself: * *Operations Expert:* Reading specifications to determine job requirements and ensuring that enough supplies are on hand.
Installing insulation based on job specifications.
Ensuring that all guidelines are followed with equipment setup and operation.
Leading the team to deliver high-quality work while maintaining efficiency.
* *Safety Champion:* Adhering to, championing, and enforcing jobsite safety in accordance with all federal, state, and local occupational and health and safety laws.
Ensuring the rig is safely driven to jobsite locations.
* *Technical Guru:* Ensuring the vehicle, insulation rig, and equipment are properly maintained and in good working order.
Demonstrating the ability to operate, maintain, and diagnose issues with equipment.
* *Customer Service Pro:* Communicating professionally with customers, completing paperwork, and accepting payment for work completed.
Ensuring that your team presents a professional image and that the jobsite is thoroughly cleaned upon completing the job.
*Qualifications:* To excel in this role, you'll need: * A preference for being bilingual in English and Spanish * Exceptional leadership skills, exuding confidence and executive presence * A strong commitment to integrity, dependability, and a sense of urgency * Physical fitness and agility to navigate tight attics and crawl spaces effectively * The capability to consistently lift at least 50 pounds without issue * Comfort working in challenging construction environments, especially during hot summer conditions * Dedication to maintaining a polished, professional appearance and a consistently positive attitude * Possession of a valid driver's license * Willingness and ability to successfully pass a pulmonary fit test * Openness to perform additional related duties as required, displaying a strong sense of adaptability and initiative *Our Commitment to You:* At Spray Foam Genie, we take care of our team.
