Responsibilities include:
• The safe, smooth, and efficient operation of the Coating Line, during shift, in order to produce high quality products that meet or exceed customer requirements.
• Perform machine start up and follow standard operating procedures
• Adjust machines and material requirements to ensure product specifications are met
• Produce coated fabrics with minimal downtime, scrap, and product defects
• Assist in performing specified startup, shutdown and preventative maintenance tasks
• Perform total preventative maintenance (TPM) checks and document TPM checklist each shift
• Maintain and keep clean work area
Benefits:
$17 starting pay + $1.
25 night shift premium
$300 Sign-on bonus after completing 90 days
Benefits begin the first day of employment (Medical, Dental, Vision)
401k after 30 days with Company match
Hours are 7:00pm - 7:00am, 2/2/3 work schedule Only work 15 days a month!

Requirements:
HS Diploma/GED required
Previous factory experience helpful, but will train
Some computer skills preferred
All candidates will be required to successfully complete the following:

Criminal Background Check
WorkKeys Assessments or NCRC
