Experienced Cleaner Wanted for Air BNB and Renovation Clean ups

Wanted Reliable experienced cleaner for long-term commitments on multiple properties in Tri-Cities, TN Area.
Job includes cleaning AirBnB-style every 3-4 weeks, focusing on common areas Kitchen and bathrooms.
Cleaning up after renovation project done and rental move outs.
Additional responsibilities involve occasional tasks like: *coded lock programming *light bulb changes *HVAC filter changes.
