Accoya USA continues growing, currently seeking a Reliability Engineer.
Support the site engineering team through development of the Accoya USA Reliability program.
Support set-up of the asset management, maintenance management system.
Develop preventive maintenance procedures for the site.
Develop the predictive maintenance strategy including specification of predictive tools and techniques.
Provide day-to-day support for the site Maintenance and Operations team.
The Reliability Engineer is part of Accoya USA Site Engineering Team and is responsible for reliability projects, continuous improvement efforts, and other technical support functions at the Accoya USA site in Kingsport, Tennessee.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities, support multiple programs / projects, and balance conflicting needs.
Able to support and train other employees.
Excellent computer skills including all Microsoft products.
Full proficiency in English (writing and speaking) Proficiency in Dutch (writing and speaking) is a plus.
The Reliability Engineer is responsible for implementation of the preventive maintenance program, set-up and delivery of the site predictive maintenance program, development and building of the asset and maintenance management system, and day-to-day technical support for the site Maintenance and Operations team.

Proactive interaction with Operations, Maintenance and other key stakeholders to successfully execute projects and to deliver on the continuous improvement objectives is required.
A Bachelor degree in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, chemical) Concentration or experience in Reliability Engineering preferred Ideal - experience and plant training in a previous role: Experience with rotating equipment.
Experience with process piping.
Experience with process pressure vessels.
Experience with Maintenance Management systems such as Ultimo, SAP, etc.
Experience with reliability measurement and metrics.
At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a chemical or process technology area Good understanding of equipment typically encountered in projects in chemical industry and any special requirements that these may bring in operations (e.
g.

The Kingsport plant, now mid-way through construction will be in production in 2024 and provide for further domestic growth.

Physical Profile Requirements The position will require ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, moving in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces, remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods, moving to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another, adjusting or moving objects up to 50 pounds in all directions, lifting or carrying objects up to 25 pounds, regularly communicating with others to exchange information, repeating motions that may include the feet, legs, hips, back, wrists, hands and/or fingers, operating machinery and/or power tools, Operating motor vehicles or heavy equipment, assessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned.
Must be capable of operating a standard 1/2-ton pick-up for occasional delivery and pick-up of materials and personnel and hold a valid, unrestricted motor vehicle operator’s license issued by the state of residence, and the manual dexterity necessary to operate a standard desktop computer keyboard.
Work may be performed in low temperatures, high temperatures, outdoor elements such as precipitation and wind, noisy environments, and with hazardous conditions, in small and/or enclosed spaces.
