Clean + Safe has immediate opportunities in Kingsport, TN for an experienced janitor with supervisory experience to lead our growing team.
You will perform a variety of janitorial duties as well as supervision of staff and ensuring our buildings are exceeding customer expectations.
Supervisor Responsibilities:
* Training new employees
* Ensure buildings are clean and floors well maintained exceeding customer satisfaction
* Quality Audits of facilities
* Scheduling Staff
* Monitoring Attendance
* Employee Onboarding
* Motivate and Inspire Employees
Janitorial Responsibilities
· Detailed cleaning of all designated areas that may include restrooms, offices, exam rooms, warehouse and production facilities
· Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
· Collect and dispose of trash
· Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision with management available for support if needed.
· Ensure buildings are secure after tasks are completed.
