Position Summary
Implements health, safety and environmental policies, procedures and guidelines for employees and department safety.
Primary Responsibilities
• Maintains presence in the field/operating area to ensure personnel are compliant to company and client policies in the areas of HSE.
• Interacts with personnel, clients, regulatory agencies, and other entities to ensure standards, codes and regulatory requirements are maintained.
• Reviews Field Auditing program to ensure leading indicators are being reviewed and addressed.
• Maintains working knowledge of regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures in areas of HSE.
Ensures all regulatory and company policies are available for review.
• Provide appropriate training for management, supervision, and all associates with respect to HSE policy, practices, and procedures.
• Maintains site HSE records to meet company and regulatory requirements.
• Assists Site Management with Incident Investigations and Case Management.
• Assists in the development and implementation of systems and standards to facilitate the capturing and analyses of HSE statics and best practices.

Qualifications
• 5+ Years’ experience preferred
• Industrial maintenance/construction experience
• Must be familiar with OSHA 1910 & 1926 regulations
• Must have good written and verbal communication skills
• Must have proficient computer skills
• Ability to obtain various certifications (OSHA 30, CHST, etc.
)
