*Job Description:*
As a General Manager, you will have full responsibility for all aspects of the location’s production department.
A typical day is visiting work sites, directing and coordinating production schedules, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing the installers, soliciting new business.
understanding the current state of the business in all aspects including overall sales, marketing initiatives, inventory of chemicals and materials used, and managing staff.
With focus on strategy, planning, sales, and management, the General Manager is able to coordinate the many facets of the business to ensure quality, safety, and profitability.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Develop and implement an operations strategy aligned with the company plan and customer needs.
* Devise and execute plans to acquire new clients and cultivate partnerships with residential and commercial customers.
* Develop and implement a performance management system to track key performance indicators and incentivize staff.
* Enforce company policies, including safety, production, quality, sales, and customer service.
* Manage all aspects of the business operations, including financial management, purchasing, scheduling, warehousing, quality assurance, sales support, and customer service.
* Work with Corporate Home Office to recruit, motivate and develop a best-in-class team.
* Collaborate with executive leadership to develop sales quotas, strategies, and budget; monitor and approve expenses.
* Create quarterly progress reports to track financial projections, KPI monitoring, and milestone progress reports.
* Maintain excellent communication and presentation skills and build trust through all levels of the organization.
* Serve as the company's representative in the relevant market.
*Qualifications:*
* 6+ years of increasing responsibility and managerial experience in construction/installation, trades, or related industries.
* Clear pre-hire background check and drug screen.
* Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
* Possess strong leadership ability, confidence, and executive presence.
* Maintain excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
* Display the highest level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency.
* Possess a valid driver's license.
* Must be willing and able to pass a pulmonary fit test.
