*Job Summary:*
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team.
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities.
Your attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot and repair various systems will contribute to the overall efficiency and safety of our organization.
Ideal candidate must have experience in Electrical Systems, Plumbing, Carpentry, Mechanics, Construction and Hydraulic, Pneumatic & commercial building maintenance.
*Duties:*
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of equipment and systems
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
- Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests as needed
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks such as painting and carpentry
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment
*Qualifications:*
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Proficiency in reading schematics and technical manuals
- Ability to weld and fabricate as needed
- Excellent leadership and supervising skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Customer service-oriented mindset
-Applicants must have a valid drivers' license, current insurance, and a clean driving record.
-Some travel will be required within a 2 hour radius of the Tri-Cities area.
*Physical Requirements:*
-Must be able to have sufficient physical ability and the ability to walk, stand and sit for prolonged periods of time
- Must be able to stoop, bend, kneel, crawl, climb and make repetitive hand movement to perform daily duties
- This position may require lifting up to 50 pounds unassisted and 100 pounds with assistance
