At BurWil Construction we are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to join our team.
As a Commercial Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

*Responsibilities:*
- Clear communicator

- Must have knowledge, skills and experience to manage the day to day field operations
- Supervise employees and subcontractors on-site daily, to ensure they adhere to specs, plans and safety regulations
- Adapt to any changes of drawing, documents and specs.
- Works closely with Project Manager to identify scope of work schedule, mobilization and delivery of any equipment and material
- Maintain all permits, notices and safety signs are posted
-On-Site liaison with owner, architect, engineers, and inspection agencies
- Must be able to sit, walk, climb, kneel and crouch.
Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds.
*Experience:*
- Proven experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and best practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Exchange, ProCore and PlanGrid.
- Strong understanding of construction documents, including schematics, drawings, and specifications
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage field staff and subcontractors
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- Having knowledge of jobsite safety and willingness to manage jobsite safety
