Project Superintendent
Duties:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of renovation projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and schedule with homeowners, employees, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors and adhere to established scheduled
- Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and local building codes
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to homeowners and superiors
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and safety standards are met
- Collaborate with project team members to resolve any issues or conflicts that arise
- Review and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and schematics
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure successful completion
- Basic understanding and ability to do framing, mechanicals, insulation and fire blocking, sheetrock, trim, millwork and cabinets, painting, and flooring installation
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating and project coordination
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and 3D drawings
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Must have a clean driving history, have a reliable vehicle appropriate to haul materials and tools, and be able to pass a drug screen
